I have finally got a chance to visit the 'Talabahan' at Tambak New Washington Aklan. It's an oyster restaurant just by the seawall along the road. They basically serve 'Talaba' or oyster but they can serve other dish like grilled pork or 'bulalo'. Softdrinks and beer.
