[Team Building] The Office Escape's 2nd Team Building

The 2nd Team Building Activity of the company (OES Office Escape Solutions) where I work. The first one was at Bakhawan Echo Park. This 2nd time is at Agzam Resort and Spa. Together with our On the Job Trainees, we had different team building activities which we really enjoyed.

I don't know what the name of this activity, but, we need to stand up while in that kind of position. It's very easy if you and your partner have cooperation with each other. If not, you'll end up like the one below. Hahahaha :)

In this activity, the one with the blind fold will be the leader. We are going to form like a train and the leader would lead us. We will then coach her for the directions she's going. But we can only say 'Oo' (Yes), and 'Hindi' (No). Whatever she asks, that's our only answer. We go up and down the stairs, near the swimming pool, and other obstacles. Because we cooperated well, we got back from where we started with no problems at all. Very good team building activity.

On this one, we have to balance the pale with water in it using our feet. Then, we have to take off our footwear using only our feet. On this activity, we really have to be cooperative with each other. Taking turns on taking off our slippers and shoes while balancing the pale of water. At first attempt, the pale fell and we got really wet. But at the 2nd try, we made it successfully and it really felt great!

Of course! The FOOD. We can never forget eating can we? Hehehe. So we had Fried Chicken, then the food with 'pasta', the one with lot's of vegetables and the lumpia. Sorry, I'm don't know lots of food in the world. I just eat them :) Then a Coca Cola drink (coca cola should pay us for advertising. Hahahha)

Then we had games in the pool. The games are relay games. We go the the other side of the pool then go back to the other side. Of course, the fastest would win :) (When we got home, we realized, we didn't have prizes. Hahaha) But then, playing and winning without expecting any prize is nice. Because, we don't think of the prizes at all. We just enjoy playing and laughing together. Sharing happy moments together is one of the greatest prize ever.

Then, the awarding of the OJTs. :) It looks like a real awarding ceremony. It was fun awarding them. And we never thought that they would also award us with some bags. I don't know what it's called but it's a native bag that is handmade.
